Hi there,

Does any vets know if we're allowed decaf coffee week 1 & 2 post op? In hospital we were allowed decaf tea. But the binder we received from TWH doesn't say we're allowed decaf tea and coffee until week 3&4 post op.  Confused,  please

Hi there,

Well I'm three days post up and it was a roller coaster ride. During surgery,  my husband was updated three times on the progress of the surgery,  which was really good. The surgeon said surgery was a success and there was no blood l

Thanks for your help!

I'm reading the binder TWH gave us. On the pureed stage it says we can have melba toast and also mashed potatoes.

But from other posts I've read of we want to loose weight faster,  then we shouldn't be eating breads, rice,

Hi there,

I'll be having my surgery in a couple weeks. But I'm preparing food now for the pureed stage.

I have bought some soup for after, but mainly vegetable soup. I'm pureeing chicken separately and freezing it.

My surgery is not until the middle of March. Just wondering, do you guys cook with oil. If so,  do you measure. Our is ok of limits after. When cooking with oil,  I  mean using to saute,  or marinate or in salads.

Thanks, </
