Topic: RE: STRESSED out to the max!

It's tough when you have so much going on at once. It sounds like there is not a lot in your control right now, so focus on what you can control, like what you eat; if you exercise, do you have the details of your job/jobs if you need to apply somewhere. Can you talk to someone about where your head is (GP, EAP, Counselor?)

Topic: STRESSED out to the max!

2022 is starting off with a bang. I am beyond stressed out and eating my way through it. I am stressed because I think I am going to be losing my job very soon and I have no idea where I would even apply for a job at this point. I have been working for the same company for quite a few years. And then I have a loved one that was just diagnosed with stage four cancer. Lot's more going on. Too many things to mention but I can't seem to find my way out of this darkness.

The best gift is forgiving myself for slipping up on Christmas Eve and getting back on track.

Good Luck, my friend! This journey isn't easy but so worthwhile. All of us are living the kind of lives we always wanted. I've read a lot of the posts and you were given great advice from others. Just remember to go easy on yourself. You're a work in progress.

Thank you for the scale recommendation and all that you shared with me. I just looked that scale up and it looks like a nice one. I plan to be one of those people that work to keep my weight off for life. I will not look back, only forward. Thank you for your insights.
