Many of us here do not have to exercise to maintain our weight loss. I maintained my loss for about 6 years without any exercise. In 2015 my boyfriend had a stroke and I knew I needed to be more acvtive for my overall health (physical and mental).
Walking is my exercise of choice. I got a fitbit and focus on my daily steps.

It's great. I hope I could join somedays.
Let's wait till I buy my first fitness tracker and complete my Full Marathon!!!
Working out is so important to me. I love pushing my body and doing my races. I hate to see how much weight I would gain if I did not work out. I am having huge weight gain and that is with me working out and yes I track my food and take in about 12 to 14 hundred calories a day. I have great friends that I work out with and I would miss them.

The last two days have sort of nice outside so hoping it stays this way or better yet gets warmer. Nicer for those outdoor runs

It sounds so wonderful. One day I will make it there. Where I live when I was growing up all the stores would decorate and be so beautiful and now nothing. It is sad.
