I thank you for your response. I eat according to the post surgery bariatric program I am on. I am a walker. And I drink my water and take the necessary supplements. Some nuts are just harder to crack. It is unusual but it happens. This is why I'm considering Ozempic.

I had surgery 4 years ago and have stalled. My surgeon suggested I contact the Bariatric Dr who is the head of the program. First he had me on Optifast for 5 months. I lost some more but was miserable and became anemic. A few months or proper food and vitamins have me back in good health but I still have about 40 lbs to go. The Bariatric Dr has prescribed Ozempic. I haven't started it yet. Any thoughts?
what does a days menu look like? How many calories a day are you getting. I don't have any thoughts on that medicine but wonder about your I take?
Most of the people whose lives could be immensely improved by weight loss surgery never get it. Lack of insurance, fear, and a world where many believe that you are taking the easy way out prevent people from taking the one step that will give them their best shot at a slim body and healthy life. You can continue to try other ways to get healthy. Your chances of succeeding without the surgery are about 3%.
Having the surgery raises your chances of success to about 50%. If you have the surgery and follow the diet and exercise plan you can lose the excess weight for life. Many people do well for about two years and then go back to overeating and under exercising.
They end up with regain. Probably half lose 100 pounds and regain 50. Some regain 100 or more pounds. For the first two years it can be a walk in the park, but after that it requires you to stick to the diet and exercise program to have continued success.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends

As we all know, not everyone is eligible for a loan, and getting one might take a long time, especially if the cash is needed right away. It is beneficial to me to improve my financial literacy. I read a lot of material and am happy to share some of it with you. On this Payday Say site, for example, you can learn how to borrow effectively. This is extremely useful knowledge that everyone requires.

You can always start the process again, if your head is now in the right place to be successful.

I posted about this before. I cancelled my weight loss surgery a few months ago after I thought I was so sure I wanted it. I just got scared and life cir****tances weren't that good at the time. Now I am regretting it. I need to get healthy.
I took it several years ago. I also felt loopy at first, then it began working for me. And it has to be noted, it is important not to stop taking this medication without consulting a doctor.
