I meant to reply to my own question and then got completely sidetracked. I definitely prefer exercising first thing in the morning, fasted. However that's been hard with the weather and the need to run at the gym! It seems like I'm better at going to the gym around 1pm - well after breakfast, but before lunch.

So I got hurt over the weekend so I'm just doing my walking at 5 miles a day. Getting my water in and staying under carbs. I should be okay to go back to weight training this weekend.

Always early in the AM..I like getting it over with. I get up at 4 am everyday and start at 5 except for Sunday..Sunday is up at 5 start at 6..

Same as usual for me with the addition of a new Friday pilates class!
Monday - intermediate pilates mat class
Tuesday - running, yoga
Wednesday - pilates mat class
Thursday - running, yoga
Friday - MFR class, pilates mat class (maybe, if I have time)
Saturday - parkrun
Sunday - yoga

-10 with the Wind Chill in Philly. Glad I do an indoor sport.
Monday - Fencing lesson and fencing - 3 hours
Tuesday - hour of Pilates and an hour of lifting - will miss my regular cross fit class due to my daughter's birthday - need to make her favorite dinner
Wednesday - Fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - Hour of pilates - will miss my crossfit class getting things set up for a conference
Friday - Sunday - running volunteers for a conference that raises 50K for my daughter's high school, so I'll be running like a chicken without a head, but not getting into the gym.

Tuesday-Ran 6 miles..8:57..54:16..very chilly and even more windy..
Wednesday-Swim 1500 meters..40:45
Thursday-Ran 6 miles..8:57...54:19...chilly but very little wind..legs felt heavy..
Friday-Swam 1500 meters..41:35..felt good just wasnt very fast
Saturday-Day Off
Sunday-Run 8 miles

Sunday - fenced a tournament. burned calories. Fenced poorly. Learned.
Monday - fencing lesson and fencing
Tuesday - hour of Pilates and hoping to do an hour of lifting
Wednesday - can't make my fencing class due to a board meeting which will run long - no idea
Thursday - Pilates 1 hour, personal trainer 1 hour, cross fit 1 hour (punishing myself for Wedensday)
Friday - Pilates 1 hour
Saturday - Cross fit 1 hour
Sunday - agility/strength.
Sunday evening is my daughter Sweet 16 - taking 7 teens to a fancy bowling alley (Lucky Strike) and then out for Italian Food. It has been requested that the parents not sit with the kids. Gotta love a teenager. Have a great week and stay warm.
