so moving onto today

so today is a new day and im armed with good stuff...i already had a pear for breakfast and soon will have my protien shake. for lunch ill have a atkins bar and some more fruit. and im planning a lite dinner. ive been on vacation for the last week so tomorrow its back to work. this is going to be a challenge for there is tons of goodies at work all the time. i might aswell get used to the word no thank you now before surgery so im not tempted after surgery to have a bite or two. this is a bad habit i have to learn how to break. now i wouldnt say learning bad food habits is because of the place i work at oh no i learned all these way before worked here, however it has lets say fined tuned how bad its gotten. they have programs like ww at work that almost all the ladies i work with have joined and i have not and ive watched them go up to the meetings and weigh ins every week and come back down to the office and eat cake cookies and anything else that we have in the kitchen thats bad for you and while i dont go to the ww meetings im sure in there with them eating all this crap. anyway im rambling and i have things to do today.
